Order Process
Choose the product and style you like, add to the shopping cart or pay directly, fill in the email address, phone number and delivery address, choose COD as the payment method, submit the payment information, and complete the order.

All orders enjoy free worldwide shipping, cash on delivery, open box inspection policy. Cash and credit card payments are supported.


delivery process
For all orders (within 24 hours), the customer service staff will call you or add a whatsapp number to confirm the order with you, and take a video of the package for you to confirm, whether you need the product and style, and then arrange delivery for you.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you. Enter the waybill number and email address on the logistics interface of the website to view the order track. When the package arrives in the country, the driver will deliver it to you. Please keep your mobile phone switched on and contact the driver at any time.

Global delivery time
From the day you place the order, we will do the picking and it will take 2-3 days to complete the picking and send it to your country.
The shipping location is from the nearest warehouse in the customer's country, you can receive the package within 7-12 days.

free returns
You can open the package to inspect the goods before paying to the driver. Our packaging has labels for unpacking and inspection. You inspect the goods before paying the driver so you'll be happy with your purchase
After you sign for it, if you are not satisfied within 7 days, you can call the customer service to arrange a return (if the product is not damaged, abnormal, messy, or clean). No refund if damaged.
